All works are original, unique, and handcrafted using the trencadís technique. We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of the works on the site; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will reproduce the colors with complete accuracy. Slight variations in color and texture may exist due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are expressed in euros. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is made through the methods available on the website.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING

We ship to Spain and internationally. Shipping times and costs are provided during the checkout process. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external courier services.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS

Given the unique and original nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damage incurred during shipping. In such cases, the buyer must notify Pepi Garachico within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the damage. Pepi Garachico will evaluate each case and offer an appropriate solution.
