For Luciano Garramuño and for me it was the place where we would create the artistic base of a neighborhood. This is how Galpón Piedrabuenarte was born. Without a budget, without an institution behind it, without guarantees. Only with the conviction that the neighborhood needed a cultural space and that no one would do i
